I have always liked McDermotts, have had a few through the years. I recently started playing pool agaion, and needed a stick but didn't want to spend the $300-$400 for a higher end stick so i bought this one.
It is a very high quality cue, and worth considerably more than its price tag. Solid wood joint, like all mcdermotts, very smooth shaft(After a little slicking and buffing. Hate any finish on any shaft) and a decent tip. It is very pretty and shines like a new penny. I couldn't be happier.
