NeoNoodle Disc Review

I purchased this item and used it once. I left the item outside to dry as it is quite heavy when wet. When I went to bring the item inside, after several hours, it was infested with ants who were carrying off the stuffing used inside the raft. The material used on the inside of the raft breaks down when it is wet and resembles some kind of rice which apparently ants find very tasty. I attempted to contact the seller and did receive a reply. I filed a claim with Amazon and was told they would not refund or credit my account for the high priced item. I have never ever had an issue with Amazon or a product I have purchased but BUYER BEWARE. This is a faulty product and because I have a raft full of both live and dead ants that I do not feel comfortable shipping back to Amazon, I was basically accused by Amazon of inventing a complaint. The product is terrible and so is Amazon's service.
